Additions and alterations should follow the same requirements stated for new construction proposed designs and new construction baseline buildings; unless otherwise noted in the descriptor. For unenclosed spaces such as parking garages, crawlspaces and attics, refer to Section 2.4.3 of this manual for modeling requirements.
