Videos on COMNET Default Energy Tariffs

This seminar was delivered on August 18, 2011 to explain the rationale and development of the COMNET default energy tariffs. At the time of the presentation, the default energy tariffs were included as chapter 5 of the original COMNET Modeling Guidelines and Procedures (MGP). The now exist as a separate document on the reorganized COMNET website. The presentation was made by Snuller Price as part of a series of presentations on the COMNET quality assurance program for energy modeling.
